When and Where We Notarize in LA… and For How Much
We provide Los Angeles notary services from 7:45 AM to 9:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 8 PM on Saturday and Sunday and provide mobile notary services to Santa Monica, Westwood (including UCLA), Venice and many other areas. You can come to our office as well (at the Colony) in Westwood (a few blocks from UCLA) but you will need to call ahead to provide some notice just to make sure we are available.
1) From 7:45 AM-9:30 PM M-F and 9 AM-8 PM Sat.-Sun., for $10 per notarization per person, we can meet at the following location:
- 1440 Veteran Avenue, #210 (between Ohio Ave. and Wilkens Ave., centered between Santa Monica Blvd. and Wilshire Blvd.). The signing takes place in the public lounge/conference area or courtyard area of this 24-hr. doorman building.
- Visiting the Westwood LA Notary Location: We will need your name to provide to the doorman. Advance notice is required.
- Parking: There is free parking on Veteran Avenue and in the Westwood Park parking lot between Wilkins and Ohio Avenues. If there is no space there or other places you look nearby, we can give you access to our garage.
2) From 7:30 AM-9 PM, Mon.-Fri. and 9 AM-8 PM Sat-Sun. for $20 ($10 mobile fee and $10 for first notarization/person) and $10 per additional notarization per person) we can meet at the following locations:
- The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at 1500 Westwood Blvd. (Westwood Ave. and Ohio Ave.) in the Westwood section of LA.
- The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at 1001 Gayley Ave. (and Weyburn Ave.) in Westwood Village
- Peet’s Coffee and Tea at 1154 Westwood Blvd. (Westwood Ave. and Lindbrook Dr.) in the Westwood Village section of Los Angeles, just a couple of blocks from the UCLA campus.
- Or your Westwood location (for an additional $15).
3) Same times as #2 above, for $45 ($35 mobile fee and $10 per notarization/person) and $10 per additional notarization per person) we can meet at:
- The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at 859 Wilshire Blvd. (between 8th and 9th Streets).
- The Starbucks at 1356 3rd St. (3rd St. and Santa Monica Blvd.)
- For an additional $15, any other location in Venice, Santa Monica or Mid-Wilshire.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards and PayPal.
Students receive a 10% discount.

What You Will Need to Bring with You
- The person who is signing, or signed, the document (there is one type of notarization, which includes the word “acknowledged” in the notary text, that allows for signing the document in advance, but the person who signed it still needs to be present at the notarization).
- Either a valid, current driver’s license or identification card issued by the California DMV, a US passport, a foreign passport stamped by the U.S. I.N.S. or Citizenship and Immigration Services, a driver’s license issued by another state or by Canadian or Mexican public agency, an ID card issued by another state, a US military photo ID, or an employee ID issued by a city, county or state agency or office of the State of California.
- Your document to be signed (we do not provide documents).
